An old farmhouse
in the Metauro river valley

It was renovated in 2001 with particular care in preserving the characteristics of the typical stone houses of the upper Metauro valley. The life of the sharecropping farm families took place here and you can still feel that warm atmosphere in the wide comfy living room on the ground floor, where a large fireplace in the centre can liven up large group meetings.

The adjoining common kitchen is professionally equipped with all the furnishings and tools that allow guests to prepare excellent meals on special occasions such as Easter, August 15th or the New Year’s Eve.

Tables and chairs are placed in the large front porch where you can relax, enjoy your morning coffee, breathe in fresh air on summer days or host groups for outdoor dining, if you prefer.

A large barbecue (60 x 85 cm) is also available, ideal for open air grilling. A room equipped for people with disabilities and the owner’s apartment are also located on the ground floor.

The upstairs apartments are all named after the ancient farms of the estate, evoking the family spirit. The main type of accommodation is the studio apartment with a double sofa bed, a kitchenette, a TV, a loft with two single beds and one bathroom with shower. There is also a two-room apartment consisting of a living room with a double sofa bed, a kitchenette, a double bedroom with TV, one bathroom with shower. Bed Linen and towels are included for all categories and weekly change is provided. The kitchenettes are fully equipped and have everything you need.

A well-stocked library is available for guests whishing to relax with a good read during their rest hours.

The maximum occupancy is 30 people, to be divided into the double beds of the apartments upstairs and of the ground floor room (18 people), and into the single beds of the lofts (12 people). About the latter, we warn that their stepladders are not suitable for young children, older people or those who suffer from reduced motor skills.
